Make Music Day

On the first day of summer, on the longest day of the year, on the 21 of June, France celebrates Music, all type of musics. Musicians are offering free concerts everywhere and "musicians" (note the emphasis on the quotes) are welcome to find a spot somewhere in the street and to offer free concerts. I went to see a friend from my Grenoble-years play with his jazz band. It was really cool: warm night, Paris's streets, beer/wine (a few occasional drunk people...), music, people dancing...
